Support Services
Our mission is to enrich the lives of children with a brain injury and give hope to their families through support and education.
Our support services go beyond financial assistance, providing parents and caregivers with guidance, education, and emotional support. By completing our support services form, you help our team understand your needs so we can better support you every step of the way.
Financial Assistance Interest Form
Our grants provide financial assistance to families navigating the challenges of pediatric brain injury. On the 15th of each month, three families will be randomly selected to receive a grant to help ease the financial strain of therapies, adaptive equipment, home renovations, or other needs. You only need to fill this form out once. If your family is not selected this month, don’t worry! Your entry will automatically be entered into the next month’s selection.
The brief Financial Assistance Interest Form is the first step in the process. If your family is chosen, we will reach out with instructions to complete the full application and provide any required documentation.
We understand how overwhelming this time can be. Our goal is to lift you up and provide meaningful support. To get started, fill out the interest form below.
Support Groups
The impact of brain injury is life-changing for survivors, caregivers, and other family members. While every situation is unique, families still face similar challenges. Support groups provide an opportunity to connect with families and professionals who understand your experiences, and inspire learning, healing, empowerment, and hope.
